We hosted a culinary event to raise awareness and build support for Destiny House, McShin's first recovery home dedicated to women and children. The residents are mothers working to rebuild their lives after struggles with substance abuse. One of the children, Starr, created this drawing—a heartfelt expression of her hope to rise above her circumstances and reach for the stars.
